Chrome and Windows have different connection scopes and release statuses. Check which one fits your device before considering a plan.

Check availability

Look for the confirmed Chrome Web Store listing or Windows download on the platforms page. Neither is linked publicly until its release is verified.

Choose a location

In the Chrome extension, choose a currently available proxy location. Available locations can change over time.

Know the scope

Chrome routes supported browser traffic. The planned Windows client is intended for desktop VPN connections, subject to its final release and compatibility checks.

What to expect

Chrome's proxy does not protect traffic from other desktop apps. Neither platform guarantees access to every website, a particular speed, or anonymity. Network and local legal restrictions still apply.
